friendly staff

perfect spot for exploring venice with easy access to landmarks

I loved staying in such a fantastic area just a short stroll from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, where I enjoyed wandering through the beautiful little canals and discovering charming shops along the way. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the location near the piazza roma made it easy to get there.the 2 bridges to cross with lugage is a difficult walk for elders.only had juice and coffee -too rushed for breakfeast

the beds are typical european-too hard.facilities were spotless.

Cute little and impeccably clean place offers hot breakfast and stunning location close to the train station yet off the Main Street. The rooms are well-kept and they have a kitchen and a storage. Private bathroom is luxurious.

A wonderful experience with a cute staff, who assisted with luggage and provided valuable local tips. The breakfast was good, with fresh pastries and handmade pasta, and the room was impeccablyvery comfy and tidy. The location was peaceful, yet close to various attractions was great.

the location was great and the room was comfortable

the daily cleaning of the room wasnt too good. they didnt replenish the shower gels and one day they didnt even clean the toilet at all. there were no new towels and when asked, their staff gave some other cloth, not the usual towels they usually provide!

We had an awesome time here, enjoying the fresh and tasty breakfast with warm eggs and bacon each morning and the comfy, clean room that was just perfect for our family's needs. There were cozy spots to relax in, like the lounge area, and we even got a welcome drink that set the tone for our stay. A minor hiccup was the bathroom needing a little upgrade, but it didn't spoil our experience at all! 😊
